SELF DEFENSE & KICKBOXING
Our Kickboxing classes target core strength and balance for all ages. We implement various techniques in the sport by designing our classes to encourage determination, discipline, self-reliance, and develop a variety of skills under a certified coach.
Kickboxing is known to increase and tone muscle strength and core, boost energy, as well as improve mental and cardiovascular health by working all the major muscle groups.
Our self-defense program is an excellent choice for children to learn conflict-management, build self-belief, and learn to handle potentially dangerous situations.
Living in a big city Like New York can present dangers and threats to kids in many ways. The class will help improve self-esteem, confidence, develop mental resilience and physical skills.
