We offer the most optimized classes in an exciting variety of Martial arts, ranging from Taekwondo, Kickboxing, and Ninja Warrior. We have more than 20 years of experience teaching kids all the way up to age 13, as such, our focus is to give your kids the best experience in learning martial arts with unique methods and different exercises to help them develop their discipline and concentration skills in a warm atmosphere at our gym, located in the heart of the upper east side New York.

Active Tots is an exciting sports class specially designed to introduce the world of physical activity and sports to 2-year-olds in a fun way. This program is tailored to create a positive and stimulating environment where toddlers can explore their motor skills, develop social interactions, and discover the joy of movement through various sports and physical activities.
